Section 131
Insurance operation and management in the province
(1) The Province may, subject to this Act, make laws on the following matters to operate and manage insurance:-
(a) Access to Insurance,
(b) To issue and renew licenses as prescribed for insurance agents,
(c) To conduct insurance related training programs,
(d) To hear complaints on specified matters. (2) Acting as per sub-section (1) shall be done subject to the standards prescribed by the authority.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, until the Province enacts a law and commences its operations, the provisions of this section shall not apply. The action will be taken by the authority.
